We are extremely excited that our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration is almost here! As we’ve been putting together the details behind the event we also wanted to update you on what is going on.
Please make sure you have emailed your RSVP to alumni@hamptonmc.org including which events you will be attending and the names of your guests. If you would like to participate in our “Turkey Bowl” please mention that as well.
If you will not be attending the Friday Night Dinner or Corem Deo on Saturday morning we ask that you please make sure to pre-pay for your weekend. Pre-paying can be done for all alumni yet we do ask for payments to be mailed no later than May 20, 2008. All checks can be made out to Hampton Masters Commission and mailed to:

There will be a small group of helpers gathering Friday afternoon from 11:00-4:00 to put the finishing touches on our weekend. If you would like to help please email to let us know.

7:00 – 9:00: Dinner at local restaurant

Ages 1-3 eat for free
Ages 4-8 for $3.99
Ages 9-12 for $4.99
There will be an orientation table set up at the restaurant where you can check-in for the weekend and receive your “Welcome Packet.” At this time any Alumni who have not paid for their weekend can do so.
Dinner will be paid for by each individual when you arrive at the restaurant.
Saturday, May 24th
9:00-10:00 – Orientation

Atrium Building (the new building)
Anyone who has not checked in for the weekend can do so now. We will also have Bethel Temple open at this time for all Alumni to tour the campus or to come and hang out.
10:00-11:30 – Corem Deo
PLACE: Bethel Temple Campus Chapel (in the Atrium building)
Loren Barton (’99 & ’00 Alumni) will lead worship with a team of Alumni.
Pastor Chad Furlong, Founder and First Director of HMC, will be speaking.
12:00 – 3:00 – Anniversary BBQ

This is a social event where dress is casual in black and/or white with fond memories from our 10 years to be shared, and a look at the future of HMC.

Come enjoy a free continental breakfast and social time before second service.
11:00-12:30 – Bethel Temple Service

There will be a reserved seating section behind the pastors for all Alumni to sit together as we will be recognized in the service.
6:00-8:00 – HMC ’08-’09 Graduation
PLACE: Bethel Temple Campus Main Sanctuary
Please come honor our current students for their Graduation.
A special recession for all Alumni will be incorporated within the service as well as a small reception afterwards as a final celebration.
